How long does it take to get my Wear That Style Box?
Our standard service is 3-5 days (from the time of signing up to the delivery of your style box to your door). This is so your stylist can really personalise your looks based on your profile.
If you'd like your box to be prepared and delivered for a later date, you can also let us know and we will arrange.
What's the 105 AED Styling Fee?
Upon signing up for the first time with Wear That, you are required to complete the one-time payment of the 105AED styling fee. Included in this cost is:
* The styling of every box you request with us
* The delivery cost of every box you request with us
Please note, this does not cover the cost of the items in your box. Please see 'How much does a Wear That Style Box cost?' for further information.
How much does a Wear That Style Box cost?
Every item included in your style box is individually priced to match the budget you provide us in your style survey per item. You simply keep and pay for the individual items you like and return the items you don't.
In your survey, you will specify how much you'd like to spend per item in the following categories:
* Tops (e.g. 200 AED to 400 AED per item)
* Bottoms (e.g. 400 AED to 600 AED per item)
* Blazers (e.g. 600 AED to 800 AED per item)
* Dresses (e.g. 800 AED to 1000 AED per item)
* Shoes (e.g. 200 AED to 400 AED per item)
* Accessories (e.g. 400 AED to 600 AED per item)
It's up to you which items you decide to keep and individually pay for and which items you decide to return. How much the box costs therefore depends on you!
What is the My Reward Program?
My Rewards is our way of thanking our #realgirls for spreading the word about the Wear That experience. Once you have created an account with us, you will be provided with your own unique rewards code. Simply share your code via text, email, or social media with your besties to be eligible to start earning credit off your next box.
When one of your besties uses your rewards code when signing up, you’ll receive an 80 AED credit to your next Wear That Style Box.
Simply log into your account and you'll find it under the 'My Rewards' tab.
Simply click on the link that they sent to you, complete the sign up process (including payment of the 105 AED one-time style fee) and credit will automatically appear in their own account.Â
Any credit that you have accumulated will be applied to your next Wear That Style Box.
You can earn a maximum of 3000 AED in credit per calendar year in the My Rewards program. Please note that all credit needs to be used prior to December 31.
From January 1, you can restart earning credit once again if any of your besties sign up using your rewards code on that day or later.
Credit can't be applied to your first ever box but it can be applied to every other box in the future.
I'm an existing client and I'd like another box - What do I do?
As an existing client who has previously paid the 105 AED styling fee, you can easily request a box by logging into your Wear That account and choosing 'Request a box' under the 'My Boxes' tab.
I currently have a Wear That Style Box and I'd like to return some items, What do I do?
Easy! Simply log into your Wear That account and select 'Return Request'. You'll be asked to select the items you wish to return and to choose a collection time.
